Stone Fruit Salad With Prosciutto And Mozzarella

Serves: Six as an appetizer

Nothing says summer like a juicy fresh peach. But we like to take things up a notch around here, so we’re pairing the season’s best with salty prosciutto, creamy fresh mozzarella, and a nice drizzle of hemp-infused olive oil to round out the flavors of this sweet and savory salad.

  1. Arrange the peaches on a large plate or platter.
  2. Arrange the prosciutto around the peaches.
  3. Carefully tear the cheese and arrange around the peaches and prosciutto.
  4. Drizzle lightly with Zeed olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and finish with a drizzle of QUWA Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Ingredients

3-4 large ripe peaches, sliced in wedges

thin slices prosciutto, torn into thirds

8 ounces fresh mozzarella or burrata cheese

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

2 tablespoons Zeed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Flaky sea salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Quwa Hemp Infused Olive Oil, for finishing
